Terms & Conditions

Inclusion:

  • Return economy class Airfare-Ex Mumbai.

  •  02 Internal flights.

  •  Hotel Accommodation.

  •  Meals: 6 Continental Breakfasts in hotel, 1 American breakfast in Cruise, 7 Indian Lunches, 1 Local Brunch (In Cruise), 6 Indian Dinners & 1 Local dinner in Cruise.

  •  All transfers.

  •  Sightseeing as per itinerary.

  •  Insurance (for passengers up to 59 years of age).

  •  Mineral water: 01 bottle of 330ml/ tour day/pax.

Exclusion:

  • Tips USD 3 per person per day collected in advance

  •  GST @ 5%

  •  TCS @ 5%

  •  Visa

  • Prevailing GST rate is 5% and TCS rate is at 5% (with PAN card) / 10% (without PAN Card) will be applicable extra. In case of any change in GST rate by government on travelling date, the customers have to bear the difference.

  • Extra charges/ expenses of personal nature like porterage, laundry, mineral water, drinks, telephone or any other charges / expenses not mentioned in Inclusions.

Important Notes: 

  • Minimum booking amount is INR 40,000/- per person.

  • Booking Amount will be non-refundable once booked.

  • Tour Manager Service will only be provided if the Group size is of 30 passengers or above. For groups with size of less than 30 passengers, driver-cum-guide will accompany you.

  • PAN card is mandatory to be given at the time of Booking of every passenger above 18 years, travelling outside India.

  • Universal standard check-in time is 15:00 hrs. & check-out time is 10:00 hrs. All hotel stays will strictly follow these timings and passengers need to comply with the same.

  • Early check-in and/or late check-out will not be possible.

Cancellation Policy: 

Days ​

  1. Up to 60 Days before the departure

  2. 60 to 30 Days.

  3. 30 to 0 Days.

Cancellation Charges​

  1. Booking amount is non-refundable.

  2. 75% of the tour cost.

  3. 100% of the tour cost.

In case of cancelation, entire refundable amount will be given in form of a Credit Note.

  1. Credit note can only be used by the person on whose name it is issued.

  2. Credit note will be valid upto 1 year from the date of issue.  

 

Please Note: In case of Visa rejection, the above-mentioned cancellation policy shall apply. Issuing of Visa or Rejection is solely in hands of Visa Consulate. VEEGO HOLIDAYS is not liable for any rejections. It is mandatory for all travelers to follow and adhere covid protocol and bear all liability for the same, VEEGO Holidays will not be liable for any loss occur due to it, whatsoever.
